Mountain hut l'Alpe du Pin

The refuge is situated on a magnificent belvedere. It's a steady, but beautiful climb up to the hut, through unspoilt natural surroundings. Activities around the hut include further hikes, such as to the Lac de Mariande, the Lac de Salude and the Col de Mariande. There are also mountaineering opportunities, including the Tête de Lauranoure, the Col de la Haute Pisse...and rock-climbing with great routes such as the Pierroux and the Cascade. The hut was built in 1947 and has kept its modest origins through the decades, although it has made reasonable adjustments to meet the level of comfort expected today. A range of snacks is available throughout the day.
