Set off with Trails in France around the Écrins massif. A 4-day course to complete almost the entire tour of this wild massif, 130 km long, with a difference in altitude of 8,300 m.

From Vénosc, you will admire the Lac de la Muzelle, the mythical Barre des Ecrins, the Mont Pelvoux, and you will end up under the Grand Pic de la Meije in Mizoën. You will evolve on technical trails, in a fairly committed alpine massif. The numerous glaciers of the massif will offer you sumptuous landscapes. With this course, you will travel in a high mountain scenery lulled by long glacial valleys.
During the days, you will have the opportunity to perfect the running techniques which will allow you to progress in trail running, uphill and downhill running, on uneven terrain, use of poles, etc... With our mountain guide, a trail specialist, you will discuss all the problems linked to preparation and performance on an ultra-trail by tackling nutrition, recovery, training and many other themes.
You will also be able to test the products of our partners TSL Outdoor, Atma, Atlet, Meltonic and Sammie.
