- Discovery: 7 kms with 200 m D+
- Intense session of 12 kms with 400 m D+
Program :
> 17h00: opening of the race number pick-up
> 17h30: departure of the family relay (Registration on site only)
> 7pm: start of the 7 and 12 km courses

Family relay: 2€/pers (Registration on site only)
