Enjoy an exceptional training course in the Station de Trail Bagnoles Normandie®, with Nathalie Mauclair, double world trail champion, and Emmanuel Weber, founder of Ew Sport Concept' and triathlon coach. It is in a natural and preserved setting where the Andaines forest will become the ideal playground to progress in trail. Here Nathalie Mauclair will accompany you on technical trails and share her precious advice for a good preparation.

Saturday March 28th
08h00 - Welcome coffee
09h00 - Even traileurs like to get up to speed! Measure your speed during a VMA workshop to train more efficiently and give you every chance to progress (sessions with shots for a personalized analysis at the end of the day).
10:30 am - Descent and ascent, with or without poles? Nathalie Mauclair will introduce you to the use of poles on technical routes taking advantage of the natural difference in altitude of the forest.
12h30 - Healthy catered meal adapted to the practice of sport
2:30 pm - Nature outing in the forest to put into practice the advice given by Nathalie Mauclair, and develop specific abilities such as regularity, endurance and power.
5:00 pm - Tasting
5:30 pm - Back in pictures on the VMA tests then stretching and muscle strengthening.
19h00 - Local buffet for a convivial moment and experience sharing between runners.
Conference: Sharing tips and tricks to train well, progress and surpass yourself in the practice of trail running and above all have fun! How to prepare your trail season, plan your races, define your objectives and anticipate to be in full shape on D-day?

Sunday March 29th
07h30 - Sports breakfast
08h30 - Discovery of the city Top chrono! A presentation of Bagnoles de l'Orne in 30 minutes, during a 360° tour by the lake. A formula allowing everyone to discover the emblematic sites of the resort, during which the guide will not fail to direct you to other sites and whisper a few Bagnolaisian secrets to you.
09h00 - In small groups, draw energy from the trees that surround you during this long 20-30 km outing, lined with natural obstacles, all in a peaceful and resourcing atmosphere.
1:00 pm - Healthy catered meal adapted to the practice of sports.
2:00 p.m. - Discussion with Nathalie Mauclair on her background, her practice of sports and sharing of experiences within the group.
3:00 pm - Self-massage session: become aware of the importance of taking care of oneself in order to progress and recover well.
3:30 pm - Running yoga session to end the day under the sign of well-being and cocooning.
