Olivier du Club " Ecrins Trail Running " offers you 3 meetings:
In the morning at 9.30 am in front of the Tourist Office of Puy Saint Vincent 1600.
In the afternoon at 2pm at the SKISET 1400 shop.
You will leave for an effort of about 1h30 but the rhythm will be adapted to each person's level (we don't run permanently). Running clothes recommended: hat, gloves, windcheater ...
Compulsory registration: Olivier 0663731867 (limited number of places)
Price: 10 euros per person.
In the evening at 7pm for the traditional "Ecrins Trail Running" club outing (trail discovery promotion), at the SKISET shop in Puy Saint Vincent 1400.
Running clothes recommended with headgear and crampons (we have some on loan if necessary).
Exit of about 1 hour
