You are registered on another ultra at the end of the season (UTMB, Echappée Belle,...) and you want to participate in a training course in block form while benefiting from the supervision of trail specialists?
Whatever your objective, this internship is for you!
Nearly 120 km of the Ut4M course will be covered: all the key passages, all the summits, all the technical descents are on the program.
The supervision is provided by a mountain guide specialized in trail and Ut4M, it will provide you with advice in training and precise information on the course.
The logistics are optimal: a minibus is chartered for the duration of the stay, which allows the luggage to be transported and early pickup on the route if necessary.
The rigorous organization of the stay will allow you to enjoy the incredible variety of landscapes and atmospheres offered by the Vercors, the Oisans, Belledonne and the Chartreuse.
DAY 1: Meet at 8:30 am at Grenoble station and transfer to the departure point.
Today, Vercors is on the menu: St Nizier du Moucherotte (1901m), Le Moucherotte (1901m), Pic St Michel (1966m), col de l' Arc (1736m), St Paul de Varces and Vif. All the Vercors is there before your eyes, a vast plateau bordered by immense and majestic limestone cliffs.

DAY 2: After a short transfer we reach our starting point, Lake Laffrey. Another massif, another atmosphere, place with lakes and summits of the Oisans: Lac de Laffrey, Alpe du Grand Serre (1368m), Arrêt de Brouffier (2350m), Lac de Poursollet (1649m), Lac Fourchu (2068m), and finally the terrible descent towards Rioupéroux.

DAY 3: Back in Rioupéroux, we are facing a wall this morning! This is the incredible ascent to the Arselle plateau: the Vertical Kilometre of the Ut4M! You will see that its fame is well justified!
Then the massif of Belledonne is offered to us, the lakes succeed to the summits: Lac Achard (1917m), Croix de Chamrousse (2253m), Lac Roberts (1998m), Lac Longet (2027m), Grand Colon (2402m). Then we will start the descent towards Freydières (1131m) and the Grésivaudan (220m).

DAY 4: After a short transfer to St Nazaire les Eymes, we leave for the ascent of the Chartreuse, the Emerald of the Alps according to Stendhal. Land of trail, the Chartreuse is the massif that hosted the very first Trail Station of France.
Through verdant forests and mountain pastures, we cross the Faïta pass (1425m), Chamechaude (2082m), Porte pass (1327m), Sappey en Chartreuse (1000m), Fort du St Eynard and finally Vence pass (782m).
We meet the minibus and our luggage for a transfer to Grenoble train station at 6pm.
