16 km and 1100m of D+ are on the programme from Bagà
Starting from Bagà, the route offers a first demanding ascent of more than 6 km, passing through the Serrat de les Pedregoses, the Serra del Joncar, the Paller de Dalt, to continue later on the Mala canal and reach the Cap de Cap de la Devesa at an altitude of 1738 metres, the highest point in the route.
This first part of the route has an increasing profile between moderate and steep to reach 1738 meters with 1000 meters of positive altitude difference and an average slope of 16.5% with sections where the upward slope can reach 30%.
The second part of the route passes through the Coll de Forn to the Refugi del Rebost (1,628 m), where the route enters a wooded area to start a steep descent, crossing the road that climbs to the Coll de Pal, to Millarès.
