At the beginning of the summer, why not join us outside in Oisans, to "herbalize" together and get acquainted with seasonal local edible plants. Using a sensory approach (sight, touch, smell), we will learn to identify them with certainty and tell them apart from possible toxic varieties. Basic botanical information will be shared, as well as the properties of the plants encountered and their various uses. We will also taste some of them during the exploratory picnic*: a nutritious, tasty and convivial occasion! * organic ingredients
