14th Raid Senon

So remember now to put in your agenda February 1st 2020 which is the opening date of registrations on this site "My outdoorbox".

The 14th edition of the Raid Sénon Aventure starting from Paron 89100 (towards Sens, 100km south-east of Paris) offers a series of 12 sporting events in the heart of nature criss-crossing our magnificent Yonne valley in a very friendly atmosphere

What's the best way to talk about it? The winners of the 2019 edition:

"The pluses? : the variety and rhythm of the events, the organization, the friendliness... / To be improved? Nothing, just make this raid last as long as possible / Will you come back? Yes, because out of the 12 or 13 raids we do every year, it's the first one we tick on the calendar! "

In 2020, we are not changing our formula, which goes so well with stiffness: two-seater kayaking, mountain biking, Bike & Run, Trail, orienteering, surprise events, etc.... each event has a different road book.
You choose your own program throughout the race according to your favorite disciplines, your level, and your current shape: between 50 km / D+600m and 82km / D+1400m
From 8pm, we will all have dinner together (hot meal served at the table) during the podiums and the prize-giving ceremony.

So, we'll meet again on Saturday, May 30, 2020 in Paron.
