Advice on the trail running route

parcours incroyable par la qualité de ses paysages. le terrain est assez technique, que ce soit en montée après Gourzy ou la descente vers le lac d’Anglas. difficile de mettre de la vitesse et la pente est « pentue » par endroit :-) mais je recommande grandement. par contre, le balisage est carrément à revoir et j’étais heureux de partir avec mon téléphone pour retrouver, par endroit, mon itinéraire !

Super parcours

Super parcours, magnifique, réalisé le 12 septembre 2020 avec Richard M. Presque 33 km au GPS. Un super entraînement pour du gros D+ bien pentu. Il est important de télécharger la trace, car le balisage n'est pas toujours au top.
