Nearly 65kms of the Ut4M course will be covered: all the key passages, all the summits, all the technical descents are on the program.
The supervision is provided by a mountain guide specialized in trail and Ut4M, it will provide you with advice in training and precise information on the course.
The logistics are optimal: a minibus is chartered for the duration of the weekend, which allows luggage transport and early pick-up on the route if necessary.
The rigorous organization of the stay will allow you to enjoy the incredible variety of landscapes and atmospheres offered by Belledonne and the Chartreuse.
DAY 1: Meet and greet at 8:30 am at Grenoble station. Transfer by minibus to Rioupéroux, departure point for our Belledonne crossing. And it starts strong, with the incredible ascent to the Arselle plateau: the Vertical Kilometre of the Ut4M! You will see that its fame is well justified!
At the Arselle plateau, we reach the Master 100 course and the lakes succeed to the summits: Lac Achard (1917m), Croix de Chamrousse (2253m), Lac Roberts (1998m), Lac Longet (2027m), Grand Colon (2402m). Then we will start the descent towards Freydières (1131m) and the Grésivaudan (220m): no doubt the thighs should heat up a bit!
After a transfer by minibus, we reach the Chartreuse, and we lodge tonight in a gîte in the heart of the Parc de Chartreuse on the Ut4M course.
The end of the day/evening is reserved for stretching and stretching sessions, as well as for the complete presentation of the route and fallback routes.
