The association Y'aca courir organizes the eleventh edition of the Trail du Rail on July 5, 2020. Competitors will be welcomed and race numbers will be collected at the sports hall on Sunday 5th July 2020 from 7.30 am.
The races
Start of the races: Daniel Barberet Sports Hall in Cublize
TDLS = Trail Deraille au Lac des Sapins = 20 km. Registration fee = 16 € + 2€ if registration on the spot. departure at 9.00 am. A time barrier has been set up on the 20 km course. 3 refreshment stations.
P'tit Trail = 10 km circuit with a positive difference in altitude of 250m. Registration fee = 10 € + 2€ if registration on site. departure at 9.15 am. 1 refreshment station.
Relay at 2 = 4.5 km loop (1st lap A, 2nd lap B, 3rd lap A+B). Difference in altitude of 120m. Registration fee = 6 € per team member + 2€ per team member if registration on the spot. Start at 9.30 am. 1 refreshment at the end of each loop.
Formula FREE WALKING (walking, jogging, running ... ) on the 4.5 km loop; zero stopwatch, zero ranking; for the Association "Autour d'Héloïse" - Start 11.00 am.
